Will never go here again

Came to try Popeyes chicken with plan to make this a regular stop for my protien needs. one of the two employees locked all the doors, clearly marked as these doors must remain open during business hours, just as I came up to them. When I told the lady behind the counter the doors were locked- she just gave me a deadpan stare and turned back around. Lucky there were a crew of men inside and one saw
me, got up, and let me in. customer service? non-existent!

This Popeyes location is pretty good. Our food was fresh and hot and when they were out of the item that I ordered, they gave me another item that I asked for. The chicken was definitely prepared. Well in the atmosphere at a place was pretty cool. Staff was very helpful. Dining room was clean. But definitely need to get the TVs fixed so you can see full menu.

Missing items! They forgot both of the main burgers/sandwiches in my order. Total waste of money.

Terrible experience. The restaurant completely forgot to include the 2 main chicken sandwiches from our combos. We only received the sides and the family meal. Check your orders carefully before leaving or ordering from here! Unacceptable.

I mobile ordered food at this location instead of at location closer to me. I tried to cancel my order on the app to replace it at the correct location literally within 5 minutes of placing it and it would not let me cancel my order. I tried to call the location but the phone number listed on Google immediately hung up on me. No one answered after several calls. Just terrible experience all around, the mobile app isn't the stores fault per se but at least answer your phone.

The meal was okay, service was okay, definitely not warm and greeting when you go through the drive-thru almost seemed like I was bothering them.

Ordered delivery here and they gave my food to some random person and when the driver arrived to pick my food up, refused to remake my food. Piss poor customer service as they could have called customer or Uber to verify delivery and refused. Then after noticing multiple drivers, still doesn't feel obligated to contact Uber or customer.

It is the STORE's obligation to make sure that the food gets to the right driver and if someone picks it up, to remake it. If I was in store and they set my food on the counter and someone else took it, they would be obligated to remake it. Do not understand why they think they can get away with this.

Don't order here because they are liable just to eat it themself and claim it was taken or picked up already despite there being a tracking system for order deliveries.

I waited almost an hour for my food, and I think the employees are new because nobody can do things right. I asked for the young manager in the black shirt, and they told me he no longer works there. It's a shame because he solved any problem quickly, but now the restaurant looks to be in very bad condition I hope the oldest employees comes back because that's the reason I come to Popeyes

Ordered food through the app ahead of time but when I got to the drive thru, they told me it would be at least a 10 minute wait because they were cooking the chicken. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes and they still managed to mess up my order. Won't be returning to this location ever again

There's hardly anyone there. One person running the business thru the drive thru, or noone there at all and closed!
