Let me just say our cook Uncle Sam was phenomenal!!!! He made our experience unforgettable he sang to us and did so many cool things to keep the kids entertained he made us laugh we enjoyed to food and the service!

The food was great!!! The service on the other hand was terrible!!!! They forgot multiple things and lost my friends credit card. Beyond disappointed. The waiter acted like he could care less. We were not impressed or happy.

This place looks fancy, but I'd recommend avoiding this place for Hibachi. There's much better places in the area. Let's begin that the seats are far too close to the grill. And when I order fried rice, that's exactly what I expect. There were no carrots, scallions, or peas. The rice was plain and tastless. Then, the chef seemed to be thrown off by a shellfish allergy at our table. Specifically, shrimp. They had to go back and get a new food platter. That's understandable, but it ends there. The chef managed to cook the vegetables furthest away from the individual and the shrimp closest to them, increasing risk factors. The chef didn't use a separate spatula for the vegetables, and the person didn't get their order. That required a special order for them. The chef kept disappearing from the grill. The cleanup was an absolute disaster with bits being flung across the table, on to people, and their plates. After the chef was done, I noticed another table getting a much better show compared to our lackluster one. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it. Go spend your money elsewhere, such as Hibachi in Alliance, TX.

We were a party of 5 that arrived at 330pm. The hibachi area was closed. We ordered sushi rolls and miso soup for appetizers. I ordered the beef fried rice. It was a nice large portion of food, but it was so tasteless. The other main dish that was ordered was beef steak teriyaki. It was kind of sweet, so if you're into that, you may enjoy it. Our waitress was great but it wasn't very busy either. The bathrooms were dirty, and there were gnats flying around the food.

My boyfriend and I went to celebrate his birthday and Uncle Sam was our chef. The food was amazing! Uncle Sam cracked a lot of jokes, sang to us, and just entertained us throughout the entire experience. For someone who is not the biggest fan of the hibachi experience, I absolutely enjoyed our night and would highly recommend for others to request Uncle Sam as their chef!

This place is a hidden gem. We went for hibachi dinner and it was wonderful. As soon as the server learned about my food allergies she made sure I did not get any drinks or food that could harm me. The hibachi chef was entertaining in every way and also made sure to cook my food separately. We had fun and also had a delicious meal. Highly recommend it!

This food almost killed me. My stomach barely made it home. Omg I feel like I just spent almost 80$ to be sick in the bathroom all night. This is horrible. All of us are sick from the food. The service was great. But the food was mediocre and made everyone sick.

This is a fantastic place to eat. Uncle Sam, the gentleman in the picture is an absolute national treasure. You’ll have a great experience when he is your chef. He’s the best. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is fantastic. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
