I went to Wendy's with my boyfriend as we was walking in we decided to us the kiosk in the restaurant to order our food. I wanted the Dave's single no mayonnaise no pickles no cheese. We was almost done I went to the other kiosk to order a different order. I ordered two Dave's single they had the same things on it mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce except one no onions and no pickles. We were done with the order. We waited for the first order when we got it sat down I looked at my burger it has cheese. So I went up to the lady I explained to her what happened I told her I order on the kiosk i didn't want cheese or mayonnaise. She said what what she was being rude acting like she didn't hear me. I explained again then she said what I have I said Dave's single I wanted no cheese no mayonnaise. I sat back down waited for my burger then I got it took a look no cheese but it has mayonnaise. I didn't want that so I didn't say anything I scraped it off and ate it I was not satisfied. I was still waiting for my other order never got it nobody called my name or told use anything. Still waiting so I ask my boyfriend to go check and see what's taking so long. My boyfriend came back told me they never made it he told the guy what was the order he said he will make it. As we sat there waiting for the order finally we got it I had to check first. I took a look at both one had mayonnaise ketchup, lettuce, cheese, pickles I looked at the other one same thing and I said no pickles but they didn't put lettuce. So I just got my things and left I wasn't satisfied with the service she was rude and plus the wait was ridiculous. And the restaurant didn't have any lids for the cups I had to go ask before I ate my food. That restaurant needs to do a better job on customer service on how to talk to customers and stocking they drink stations so nothing runs out. I would not be going back and will not recommend other ppl to go coz I noticed other ppl waited long for their food as well. I'm not satisfied at all.

Pulled in to the drive-through and didn’t receive any response for a solid minute. Went ahead and pulled up just to be told they couldn’t take our order and we needed to use the drive-through. We were confused and told the lady we sat there for a bit and didn’t get any response just to be very bluntly told “Well, we all have headsets on”. Well maybe you should listen to your headsets because we’re in a Nissan Titan diesel, you can’t miss it. This happened about 4 minutes ago. Decided to not even order because if people are that dumb we don’t need them messing with the food on top of it. The lady was trying to create an argument with hostile intent out of nowhere.

I have never been so disappointed in Wendy’s as I was today. We were the only ones there and it took us over 30 minutes to get our food which was a carry out. I noticed the flavors of the frostys were incorrect and they did correct that. They had no bags for us to put our food in to carry out. The fries were cold, one burger was on the wrong type of bun and the bacon was undercooked. We had 2 kids meals and only got one toy cause they ran out.

This place is awful! If you order a baconator burger, wouldn't anyone believe it would actually have bacon on it? Mine didn't and was charged for it. Fries were old, cold, and stale. The only reason I went there was for the orange dreamsicle frosty, BUT the machine was broke! I have no idea how or why this place is still open with lousy service and lousy food, yet there they are!! I'll never go back.

Rude employee. Presented my reward to scan and he said it expired. I showed him it had not expired. He said well this location doesn’t take them. I said fine I’ll go somewhere else. He said fine with him.

After waiting an extremely long time the bun on my burger was as hard as a rock.The quality control here is non-existent.Parking: Very dirty lot. Set up to get in the way of the drive-thru.

Everything was overcooked and dry. Not typical of a Wendy’s meal. And no sauce for nuggets where in the bag as offered.

We went to this Wendy's to eat lunch one day.The man who took our order could not use the computer. It took 20 minutes to take our order. Management needs to properly train their staff. It should not take 20 minutes to put 2 burgers, fries, and a kids meal into the computer.Upon our order being called out, they did not put my onions on my burger, They did not put mayo/mustard on my wife's burger, They forgot our child's toy.The dining area was out of napkins, forks, straws, and ketchup. Tables were in decent shape.Overall, I typically don't complain much but this is really poor service. I'm glad we had our coupon for what it is worth. The experience was 2/10. Really disappointed.

This is the worst Wendy's you could go to. The staff is terrible and they're always out of everything. Hire people who actually want to work and make the food on the menu. Actually doesn't even deserve one star but that's the lowest you can give.

First of all I ordered the baconator which comes with two beef patties and two layers of bacon!!!! They obviously don't know how to make that sandwich ! Literally $12 for a combo that wasn't made right.... y'all are dead wrong!!!!Came back to edit this post because I looked at the other reviews and this is ridiculous this location is horrible like if you don't want to work a fast food job go somewhere else and get a job don't sit there and give customers horrible service because you hate your job!!!!And I would appreciate it if a manager would respond back

Waited 20 minutes for my food for dine in. Staff was arguing with one another in the kitchen. This location used to be good, but now I won't be back. Needs a LOT to turn it around.
