Pulled in to the drive-through and didn’t receive any response for a solid minute. Went ahead and pulled up just to be told they couldn’t take our order and we needed to use the drive-through. We were confused and told the lady we sat there for a bit and didn’t get any response just to be very bluntly told “Well, we all have headsets on”. I have never been so disappointed in Wendy’s as I was today. We were the only ones there and it took us over 30 minutes to get our food which was a carry out. I noticed the flavors of the frostys were incorrect and they did correct that. They had no bags for us to put our food in to carry out. The fries were cold, one burger was on the wrong type of bun and the bacon was undercooked. We had 2 kids meals and only got one toy cause they ran out.
