McDonald's at Rufe Snow and 820 has improved, offering fresh food and courteous service, especially from the drive-thru staff. While the food is good, there have been issues with order accuracy and unfriendly teenage employees. However, the manager's presence has positively impacted the restaurant's overall quality. Wheelchair accessibility is available at this location. The inside has been nicely remodeled, and there is always plenty of parking, making it convenient for customers. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with excellent games for children. Customers have noted that the soda machine is sometimes hard to find, and staff may not always provide napkins, straws, or ketchup unless asked. Some visitors mentioned the vegetarian options and vegan items, with a reminder to check the Vegan menu for specific offerings. Overall, many customers have had positive experiences, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
