Great service and atmosphere! I was here last week to grab a pizza during a Brahmas game.I am giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were absolutely slammed. Took 45 minutes to get a small pizza. But honestly it was not that great. I will try them again next time I go to NYTEX.

Had extensive conversation about what to order. Waitress took order and was great. However, the order never made it in. Owner rudely acknowledged the error and began arguing with us. We waited a long time and due to the rudeness felt they should comp the missed order of ravioli and not wait 20 more minutes for food. After expressing our concern and agreeing to go ahead and pay, the owner refused to take the order. Very disappointing to say the least!

Decided to give this place another shot and came here on a Friday night spontaneously. Should have checked the events activity first. Arrived unaware a gun show event was taking place in addition to local hockey games.Parking was lousy. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a place to park.An hour prior to closing, I was informed by the bar staff I could only order pizza and nothing else from the menu. Wow. ?I ordered a pepperoni, salami, green pepper and artichoke pizza. The cost was $25. The pizza was good, but whoever made my pizza skimped on some of the VERY expensive toppings. For example, I paid for artichokes and got a few leaves. Where's the artichokes I paid for?!The atmosphere...well, let's just say folks standing around drinking didn't show any common courtesy.

I gave service 3 stars because everyone is great except for the one blonde lady that where’s the glasses that make her eyes look huge. She is always extremely rude and unpleasant.

We have been eating here for 16+ years. It's one of the best pizzas you can eat anywhere. Where else can you watch great hockey and enjoy a wonderful pizza. Only at ZuRoma's inside the NYTEX sports center. "Go Brahmas"

The fried zucchini was the highlight. 7 or 8 fried mushrooms for same price?Pizza was very forgettable.Friendly servers, good atmosphere.Maybe there are other hidden gems on the menu, but I won't find them.See the price per person.

Always a great game night pizza, the bartender/server Dobie I believe was very sweet and caring, he was truly wonderful! I appreciate it more than I could’ve said! Thank y’all for dinner this evening! :) (09/23/2023)

Fun place to be

I was in there sat Jan 14. Waitress lost my debit card after she rang me up. My group and others looked around on the foor nothing... They did not seem to care. I was told we are looking for it. Thats all we can do. I canceled my card. Now i will be without. And have to pay for a replacement...not once did a manger come try to talk to me. I have been calling non stop for 30 min this morning and only get recording....

been coming here for years, they have the best chicken strips and fries. since the staff change it’s felt less homey but i still love the chicken.

The pizza is delicious but they NEVER answer the phone.
