They have screwed up my pickup order so many times. I honestly don’t know why I keep giving them another try. Tonight was the last straw. Paid extra for sides and they were missing. The order for steak fingers was missing the best part of what comes with it, which is the jalapeño gravy. It got so bad that I started bringing a scissor to open up the tightly closed bag that had our takeout order in it to make sure we got everything right. Started going to this location RELIGIOUSLY back in 2023. Not sure where their disconnect is coming from in the last year but they consistently F-up our order. So done with this place, management or lack of is very apparent. It’s semi fast food, not that difficult to double check and make sure you put everything in the bag that comes with the order. Even McDonald’s gets it right 70% off the time!
This is our four visit to this location. I thought maybe bad day, not great service, give them another chance. Service has never been great, food…uneventful. Today we ordered chicken wings and fries. Ella H was our server. Food was delivered slightly warm, wings were like jerky, fries were warm. Did we complain? No because she never came around. It was better we just left.
