Mediocre coffee and mediocre service. I gave this place two tries because it’s close by. You’d think a place surrounded by caffeine would have a little more energy and a warmer welcome. It just wasn’t the vibe.

Restroom didn’t have soap nor hot water. They were completely out of the Granita which we went there specifically to get, and staff didn’t even seem to realize the machine was wmpty/broken? Not working when we asked. Totally odd experience. So we drove to a totally different PJs location and everything was great but Northlake was a wasted trip.

Best beignets I have eaten since New Orleans, So Good my family and I had to turn around and go back to get more 😋 Thomas made sure our beignets were fresh and not doughy. Customer service was amazing!! Definitely will be going back!

We are from out of state and wanted to try some new coffee. There are 3 of us and none of us are pleased. First thing is we had to repeat our drive thru order 4 times and had to change even who was ordering, before they finally understood us. Not sure if it's a tech issue or what. Then we got 3 large drinks and waited about 10 minutes. There were at least 2 people inside working. Not sure if this is normal or not. Finally get the drinks and they are wrong but at this point I'm over it and wanted to leave. So no we didn't let them remake them as we don't have another extra 10 minutes to wait for it. The guy at the window told us what each of the drinks were by what drizzle they have .... I have no idea what drizzle each drink came with as I didn't specifically order special drizzle. Anyway, as far as the actual drinks.... They are all bland and boring. Yes they taste like coffee but that's all they taste like. There's no other flavor and there's absolutely no sweetness. Lesson learned.... Do more research before blindly trusting that random coffee is good.

Everything was great , the drinks and food were both delicious! My only complaint is the price coming out to around 30 dollars for 2 coffees and some pastries but I would have to say it’s worth it.
10 stars!!! I walked in and ask the barista to make her favorite drink. It was incredible!!!! Then we tried Beignets… started with 3! Immediately walked back in and ordered a whole box! Will Be back in the morning.

3rd visit to this location. 1st visit was amazing, 2nd they closed as I walked up due to staffing shortage - this was my third visit. We waited a very long time (no one was in store so I’m not sure why this was) - my coffee was terrible. The coffee base was absolutely burned - they covered it up with pecan flavoring. Had a stomach ache after the fact. My wife took her drink back in for a remake - should have received a full refund for this - will not be coming back I believe. Staff was rude as well. No excuse for this behavior.

5 stars since I understand they were closed because there was a storm that rendered many businesses unable to operate. A little compassion for people serving us goes a long way.

This was our first time visiting and it didn’t disappoint. The drinks were top-notch! We had a frozen Cocoa Marshmallow, frozen Hot Chocolate and an Iced Gingerbread Chai. Absolutely delicious! We will be returning for sure! The girl at the window was super friendly and our order came out quick! Thanks for the great service and drinks :)
