We came here to get a Famous BJ burger and I wanted some chili cheese fries to share so I asked the lady how big the small versus the medium was. She said it was the same small container. I was asking her with my hands to get an idea of how big the container was so I could get an idea, she rolls her eyes at me and says small like I'm an idiot with out trying to show me the size or anything. I went through the drive-thru not 30 minutes ago this lady denied me service and her reason is because I smelt like cigarettes I talked to the owner about it and her excuse that she gave him was because I did not want to pay for extra bacon the subject never even came up I didn't even get to order because she immediately said no you smell
lady taking orders has no customer service skills very rude and snobby. burgers are good but not good enough to overlook how rude she is
