“Anyone who knows me knows I'm really not a foodie certainly not a barbecue person but the food from Hercules was amazing! First time I've had anything from a barbecue place in Texas that I've actually enjoyed. The eye roll my man had over the sausage speaks for itself, the brisket he says is very tender and flavorful and he is a foodie. The only improvement would be a Kaiser roll for the sandwich. The potato salad thankfully wasn't altered mashed potatoes and the beans were firm and tasty. We highly recommend this food truck and will definitely eat their food again. Definitely 5 stars!“
“Place is nice, you will wait because it’s busy. Seems like food proportions have change over the years. Seems like less is given but food is good. The steak was great. The salmon was small but delicious. Next time will try the bar with more with drinks. Overall it was a great experience.“
“We have tried every BBQ place in town. This one and True Texas BBQ is the best (sorry, had to mention this one as well)! :)The meat at Dickey's is lean and they will put items on the side. This may be typical, but I ask each time because I don't want onions. All the meat we have tried here is so good. They have never gotten our order wrong... and they are quick. We have even used them to cater before. These two places will be my go to in the future!“

The staff there were very friendly and helpful along with Judy and her amazing service and the results were a meal that was great and no stress on the fixin' it. “Stopped in Saturday while I was on that side of town to grab a quick lunch and wasn't disappointed. Food was fresh and hot. The brisket was smoked right in point and all the sides were fresh. Friendly service, clean restrooms. Good eats. Don't get all three things around this area like that very often. I also thought for a BBQ joint dinner was really priced to low. Don't think I have pie below $20 for a 2 meat plate with sides I. A long time“
“This place is physically beautiful with a great atmosphere. It was clean and well organized tables. The staff were friendly and quick. The food was disappointing and average at best. The bacon burger was actually pretty good but the macaroni and cheese was dry and bland, and the peach cobbler significantly lacked flavor. Barbeque is only served until 4pm, after 4 it's smash burgers and sides only currently.“
