Double charged my card and doubled my order for delivery, I noticed before my driver got there and tried to call to see what was going on, no answer. Called a hotline they said and I quote “oh the phones are usually set to go to voicemail” I asked why, she said “I’m not sure”
YALL ARE A JOKE, and embarrassingly enough I eat there at least 2x a week since it’s by my house but after getting charged TWICE and getting 4 lbs worth of garbage chicken that even came COLD...read full review
Was such a good establishment. Recently started having issues with receiving all that I order. I’m having to hold up the line to check and make sure I get everything, and sure enough always missing a major entree.
The crew is always so happy and the food is always correct!!!
