Don’t waste your time asking for a refund if they screw up your very basic order, they prefer you to drive all the way back and wait 10 years trying to get into their obnoxiously busy parking lot due to its neighbor, Walmart.
Food was gross and bland, probably because they don’t make it how they present it on the menu to begin with.
Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle.
Poor service! we waited a hour and sat everyone else, except opening another area the would accommodate 7 people! pre manager Mark Gomez the manager. The worst service in Odessa!!!
I LOVE Chili's but the one is Odessa sucks!!! Every time we go there it takes forever and food isn't that great, always cold or makes me sick!!
