Poor service! we waited a hour and sat everyone else, except opening another area the would accommodate 7 people! pre manager Mark Gomez the manager. The worst service in Odessa!!!
I LOVE Chili's but the one is Odessa sucks!!! Every time we go there it takes forever and food isn't that great, always cold or makes me sick!!
Worst service ever from the hostess to the waiter/waitresses!! Over a hour wait with nobody in the place I give one star just because the food was warm
