So as a single mom with 2 littles, you can't drive through and get drinks on a warm day as a treat because there is a 4 drink minimum for a drink carrier???? So I have to hold a large drink while driving all the way home? Because let's be honest, my kids aren't making it home with an intact drink if they hold it themselves. How cheap are you that you won't give out drink cariers when someone OBVIOUSLY can't carry all of their drinks.
I’ve come to this location almost everyday since it opened. Never had an issue until today-
To the franchise owner/shareholder working barista at 3:30- ma’am I understand it was busy and the store drive thru was rocking. Which is why I came in…but for you to say you won’t make me a gallon of tea when they are giving gallons of tea out the drive thru was very offsetting if not rude. Took an hour to give me 5 ice coffee’s and forgot 1 ice coffee so had to wait even longer.
