“1-25-24 Normally this is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to, orders taking 20-30 minutes to process, sat in the drive through for an hour once, I would normally NOT recommend…however something great happened, and her name was Debbie. She was the definition of customer service, and if the west county road location is selecting team members like Debbie, then hopefully they are on the right track to turn this store around. Would I recommend coming here…not yet, but at least come at night to order from Debbie, and get a glimpse of what this store could be.“
“I called this location at 10:45 pm, they close at 11. because i had gone to the other location and was treated like crap and had wasted money and not even given my food. i called and the person who answered was in fact the general manger Erica, she was very polite and heard and understood my situation from the other location she then asked me to tell her what what i had ordered and Even though they closed in 15 minutes she told me to go ahead and head to that location and my food would be made fresh and ready for me to pick it up. i arrived and just as she said it was ready for me, she was very professional and apologized profusely for the experience i had at the other location. will most definitely make the 15 minute drive to this location from now on.“
