Waited over an hour for our online order. No option to cancel or refund our order. NO chicken is worth waiting so long for. Very disappointing
Did an online order and it took over a half hour at 4pm before it came out. Saw other people getting their food pulling up through the drive through. Would not recommend if they're run that poorly.
Absolutely terribly incompetent! Placed a mobile order before I left the house and it still took 45 minutes to bring it out to me after I arrived. I was the only car there and they were still terrible. Got the order completely wrong. Had to send them back for drinks, left out the extra sauce I paid for. Got the sides wrong and no gravy with the chicken. You would think if it takes that long they could get at least half of it right! I knew I shoulda never strayed from Chik...read full review
