I use Kroger Delivery instead of Instacart. This way I use the digital coupons and their mega sales. Love Kroger sales.
Kroger is a well-stocked and clean grocery store that provides excellent customer service. The staff, such as Dilan, the friendly bagger, go the extra mile to ensure customers have a pleasant experience. However, the pharmacy and customer service desk can be slow at times, leaving customers waiting for extended periods. Overall, Kroger offers a good shopping experience with room for improvement in certain areas.
