“Oh. My. Gosh. I found this place on a business trip in the DFW area while perusing Uber Eats for a lil sweet treat. I stumbled upon this interestingly named place and looked at the selections and knew I had to try it. I ordered 3, yes 3, different flavors and they were all excellent. While they were all great, the heavenly sweet potato pound cake is truly heavenly and tastes like what dreams are made of. My trip isn't over yet so I may need more slices for the flight home...

“We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

Chassity was so communicative anytime I had a question and always responded so quickly. I have already placed an order for strawberry cupcakes for my daughter's 1st birthday.🧁 Update: The strawberry cupcakes were out of this world!“

“We custom ordered our wedding cake with Bittersweet Bakery and it was FANTASTIC. Their chocolate cake with espresso icing is to die for, and you cannot go wrong with their traditional wedding cake flavor — DELICIOUS. We will definitely be back in following years to indulge on our wedding flavors. 10/10 recommend.“

“The vegan cupcakes are amazing! Moist and full of flavor. Sometimes vegan desserts can be hit or miss but not here. Everytime I'm in the area I stop by for a cupcake. There are others desserts offered and I believe the menu rotates. The owner is super nice as well.“

“I come regularly on vacation to Dallas and I come to this bakery, I always had friendly treatment, they always gave me my senior discount, I am 69, they always treated me very well even on the phone, today the lady who helped me named Esmeralda did not want me make the discount and also laughed at my argument and my complaint about a previous takeout order that was not good, I would give it 5 stars for the attention they had always given me, but I am disappointed, once again the Latinas treating the women badly Latinas and makes the business look bad. Therefore, everything I always order to take back home, pozole, bolillo and sweet bread, I no longer buy, surely this person doesn't care about one more purchase or one less purchase, but the prestige of the bakery? The treatment of customers is AS important as the quality of the product.“

“I honestly don’t know how my Thanksgiving would have been if I didn’t have the best pies there to begin with. We ordered the coconut pie, caramel apple pie (omggg) pecan pie and peach cobbler and all were FABULOUS!!! I will never not throw a party if I don’t have an Uncle Willies Pie there. Thank you so much for making our thanksgiving unforgettable!!“
