“We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

She notified us every step of the way up until delivery. Once my dad tasted the cake, he didn't want to share at all, and that's saying something because he is EXTREMELY picky.“

“I have found my cake and cookie lady!! Brooke was phenomenal to work with! The cake was sooo moist and so good. Not too sweet which is always a plus. We ordered a 2 tier with the top being vanilla and the bottom chocolate with buttercream icing and both flavors were amazing. “I come regularly on vacation to Dallas and I come to this bakery, I always had friendly treatment, they always gave me my senior discount, I am 69, they always treated me very well even on the phone, today the lady who helped me named Esmeralda did not want me make the discount and also laughed at my argument and my complaint about a previous takeout order that was not good, I would give it 5 stars for the attention they had always given me, but I am disappointed, once again the Latinas treating the women badly Latinas and makes the business look bad. Therefore, everything I always order to take back home, pozole, bolillo and sweet bread, I no longer buy, surely this person doesn't care about one more purchase or one less purchase, but the prestige of the bakery? They couldn’t find the ticket for it and looked all over. they called the Bakery Manager,Heath who was EXCELLENT.
