Very tender brisket. Very filling portions. The owner was extremely friendly. This is a small town. We showed up at 5pm and we were the last customers for the day. The gentleman who was ahead of us had the last of the sausage. Like a lot of BBQ places when it’s gone, it’s gone. So you may want to call ahead.
Passing through, I didn't know what to expect, but I am SO glad I parked, went in, and ordered a brisket wrap. It came with a few sauces but the meat was so tender and smoky flavorful, I never considered using a sauce. I'm no BBQ expert, but this food was wonderful.

So glad that we stopped for lunch at this family owned restaurant. The owners are lovely people who were so kind to our dog and welcomed us as family. We loved talking with Kirby. The food is amazing. A wonderful Texas BBQ experience.
