“Country P’s is the best BBQ place around here. The owners and staff are super friendly and the food is so fresh and delicious. Their menu is quite large with a wonderful variety of different plates and sandwiches, great desserts and fried fish on Sundays. On most Fridays you can get fresh homemade “slap yo mammy good” tamales. I highly recommend Country P’s, you won’t be disappointed.”

“Walked in around dinner time and was greeted immediately. Our server Kyla was supper helpful as we had never been to Giovanni’s. I lived in Chicago all my life and have been to hundred high end, small neighborhood Ma and Pa joints. The food was a 10! Right up there with the best Italian places I’ve been. We had the lasagna, fried ravioli , and Tortellini Alfredo. Each dish was fresh from scratch. You will be glad you went. Service was excellent and food was delicious. Ambiance and cleanliness was above par.”

Their fajitas, tamales, cheese enchiladas, and queso were delicious! Charro beans were loaded with flavor and the rice and refried beans were pretty typical for a Mexican restaurant in East Texas. Not bad at all. We will definitely be back!”

They always have a daily bargain in the shopping cart. Great place to get a good deal on snacks to throw in kids lunches or keep on the counter for the afternoon munchies.”

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.”

“I had trouble placing a large catering order via the Subway website catering menu from the Subway located on 2006 Crockett Rd in Palestine so I went into the store to place my order.There, I met with the wonderful store manager, Serena, who was very accommodating.She took the time to explain to me the details of each item & all the options I had.We left off the veges to keep the bread from getting soggy but added a vege tray so guests could add back their choice of veges.There were some items on the catering menu that were not yet added locally so she volunteered to contact her owner and get back to me.As promised, she cheerfully reached out to me by phone to confirm all the details & gave me the best price available.As promised, the sandwiches, wraps, salads & cookies were absolutely perfect & fresh, even which such a large order.Nice job Subway!I will definitely be visiting your store again!I highly recommend Subway at 2006 Crockett Road in Palestine ”

“My hubby & I ate there today, we both had sautéed shrimp, beef taco, Spanish rice & cheese queso. it was wonderful & the chips served with salsa was thin & not hard like ALL of the other Mexican restaurants in this area serve. Other Mexican restaurants serve hard recycled chips with the salsa dips, that are tooo hard to eat.. The service was perfect & fast & the atmosphere was wonderful & clean I recommend Jalapeno Tree to my friends on FB”
