I stopped going because they often mess up my order and leave stuff out. Tonight, after not ordering from them for probably a year, I had my husband pick up something from there on his way home. He got a 7 piece tenders meal and a side of cheese sticks. Got them home and there were four not even good sized tenders and some stuck together fries in the box. Was my first time to eat at a chicken Express the staff was very friendly and helpful dinning area was clean and neat I really enjoyed my visit and the food was delicious I will certainly be back
Customer service goes a long way and outweighs the quality of the meal itself. Stopped at this location today to grab dinner before heading back to Tyler on my weekly route for work. I ordered a 4 piece tender meal with a dinner roll and mashed potatoes. Didn’t check my food before I left, my fault. My tenders were over cooked and no roll in the box.
