I typically order with the mobile app and pick up via the drive thru every other Wednesday when I'm in town. it's the fastest, last expensive option when using the app. The last 2 times, the fries were awful. they don't taste right at all. Maybe the temp is off on the fryer or the oil needs to be changed. They are hot when I get them, but they don't taste right at all. I will probably go through again June 4. If they are not edible, I will have to go inside.
No service but thankfully ordered online and I have common sense. Had my order quick and food was decent
Asked for 20 nuggets and came under cook. The fries were okay. The hot fudge sundae was 75full. What is going on? They have a full crew, but it reflects on a grossly mismanagement in all directions. It is a mess; dirty floors, most tables were dirty, the bathrooms? I cant describe. The attitude and demeanor tells the rest of the story. To the owner: train your managers, send someone to spot check...it is going down fast as your management is failling into oblivion.
