The coffees are awesome, however I have noticed recently in the last few months they have gotten new employees (younger) that are not so talkative or ask how your day is going so far. No facial expressions so it makes me feel like get your coffee and go! The other employees acknowledge you and remember your face.“

“I’ve tried a lot of donuts in my time, and the donuts I purchased on Saturday, May 15,2021 are hands down the best I have ever had while on the road traveling! I was passing through Palestine around 11:30 am and figured the selection would be mostly gone at that time of day, however, there were decent choices still available. I ordered a cream filled donut, an apple fritter, and a twisted donut. I ate the apple fritter and the cream filled on the road and they were amazingly fresh and light. No greasy feel or heavy batter. The customer service was prompt and very friendly and they do have a DRIVE-THRU if that is your preference. The most incredible thing is that I saved the twist donut and wrapped it in the bag and stuck it in the refrigerator when I arrived at my destination. Two days later, I pulled it out to eat with breakfast and figured it would be old and hard. To my surprise, after giving it a warming zap in the microwave, the twist was as light and fluffy fresh as the other donuts had been the day I bought them, wow!!! All this to say, I will def try to plan my trip home during business hours for Palestine Donuts because I would love to buy some to take home with me. If you are passing that way, don’t miss their delicious donuts!“
