“First time eating here. I've seen this food place while driving over the road but never stopped to try it. Today, a co worker took me here. The food is sooooo good. Better than Popeyes or churches. Their rolls are super fresh and taste perfect. The gravy is the best, so good I had to order a cup. The chicken was so good. And the sweet tea just made the meal that much better. I didn't expect for the food to taste this good. They had a soft spoken gentleman as the cashier and he was so sweet, thou hard to hear it, I was ok with leaning in to understand him. He always smiled and was kind and gentle, and I saw JESUS in his eyes. I will be eating at Chicken Express as I drive the states. Literally such good food. Very surprised how tasteful it all was.“

“Every time I go in this place the service has always been speedy and efficient. It's obvious that it is run by a strong team with management who cares about customer service and I've rarely had any issues with orders. Kitchen and dining area always look clean and employees are respectful.“

“Ashley and Halie make the best sandwiches in the United States… heck, probably the whole world. One time I was broke down in their parking lot and Ashley replaced my alternator while Halie changed my oil. They go above and beyond!! Buy sandwiches from this Subway, buy sandwiches made by them.“

“The buffet was great! The salad buffet was very fresh. Elizabeth and Sara were absolutely amazing! I have cancer and cant always eat without getting sick so they let me take some of my food home! Drinks, pizza, salad, breadsticks, cinna sticks, and pasta were all included and delishes! And, the price for 3 of us was only $35. Highly recommend and we will definitely be repeat customers!“

“WORST service ever!! Attitude from the chick that took my order big *sigh* when I ordered, not once but twice...get my husband's burger home and he has, a burnt bun!! Yes burnt!! If you don't like your job get another! There's no need to be rude for no reason! At least the girl that brought our food to us was nice.“

“At first I would have made my review lower because when we went through the drive through we got no forks and my lemonade tasted like water, so I went inside to ask if I could grab some forks and refill my drink with something different. The lady was very kind and felt horrible for the inconvenience and gave us 4 spring rolls for the inconvenience. I felt horrible because it wasn’t that big of a deal for me but overall it turned out to be a good experience!“

“Driving home after a business meeting with a friend I stated I was getting hungry. I spotted the Church’s Chicken sign and he said it’s the best chicken he’d ever had. Never having it myself I said let’s eat there. To my surprise I was pleasantly impressed with the chicken and biscuit. I had the mixed
2 piece with a breast & thigh. 😋 Both pieces were juicy and the crust was delicious. The honey biscuit was much better than a KFC biscuit. In my opinion.

“My two friends and I went through the drive thru to get our meals. This Subway is on Oak Street in Palestine, TX. One of my friends wanted a meatball sandwich but they were out of meatballs. So my friend ordered a foot long steak sandwich. I got a steak sandwich too. But I got the chipotle southwest dressing while my friend got the ranch dressing.When we got our sandwiches at the window, they were wrapped in sandwich paper but they weren't marked so we didn't know whose sandwich was whose. They didn't tell us which sandwich belonged to who either. We had to unwrap the sandwiches and open them up to see what was inside to tell which sandwich belonged to who.Also my friend got too many veggies in her sandwich. She threw her tomatoes out after we left the drive thru. There may have been some miscommunication on her part or the Subway people may have mixed it up by mistake; I'm not really sure.The sandwiches tasted great overall but the service could have been better.“
