“Unfortunately, the wait was long, and they forgot one of our tacos. I was down the road and didn't bother going back. The prices have gone up, like with everything else, so I would have liked to have gotten my complete order since I paid for all of it. The food was still good.“

“The people at the counter weren't too bad. The tables were wiped clean. The floors were swept and the food was pretty good and I got out the door pretty quick as well. “Work graveyard shift, every Saturday morning & Sunday morning eat lunch there. Always same order, burger, fries & small drink. The burger is always great, but the fries are different The fries are always hot, but if store is busy the fries are very crispy (Great). But if the is not busy, the fries are still hot. They are very limp & saturated with oil. On these occasions I just throw them away. Don't know why this has held true since May 2022. Frustrating“

“Okay so we get there and order our food (drive thru) and a young man waves us to the window and proceeded to tell me and my wife that he and one other lady were the only one working and that he would be the one making the food. We told him no worries and he was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. We wait maybe five minutes at most and he brought our food out and was gracious enough to give us a few extra gifts in our bag. What a great human being and the guy needs a raise!!!! Thank you so much!!! He even wrote down what each burger was and how it came on our wrappers, all 4 burgers!“

“I arrived around 6:45, and there was only one woman working at the time. She had black hair and really cool black eyeliner. She was incredibly professional and so kind. Even though they didn’t initially have what we were looking for, she went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She handled everything with such care and professionalism and was just a genuinely sweet person. I recently moved to Athens, and it was really nice meeting someone like her.“

“I have had the chow mien with beef and broccoli many times from this location. Sometimes the noodles have way too much cabbage and the broccoli from the beef really needs to be chopped up more. This time though all the portions were good as was the food. My main complaints actually have little to do with their food. I really dislike the location and entrance. It is on a road people tend to race through. For real I see them do it all the time. There is a huge slope at the entrance so be careful if your car is low. The plasticware and napkin they give you is a joke. Not even a plastic knife just in case. Very flimsy and the napkin would be better used as a tissue. You may as well bring your own silverware if you plan on eating this in your car. And the the fortune cookies have tasted stale for awhile now. I do not know how long they usually are meant to last but they probably need a new stash. Regardless of everything I will be returning, preferably whenever that road is less busy.“
