Work graveyard shift, every Saturday morning & Sunday morning eat lunch there.
Always same order, burger, fries & small drink.
The burger is always great, but the fries are different
The fries are always hot, but if store is busy the fries are very crispy (Great).
But if the is not busy, the fries are still hot. They are very limp & saturated with oil.
On these occasions I just throw them away.
Don't know why this has held true since May 2022.
