Subway has improved recently with friendly and hardworking staff like Patrick, who provides quick service and makes sandwiches exactly how customers like them. The store is cleaner and more organized, helping to turn around its reputation. However, some customers are disappointed after losing a favorite worker previously. Overall, the experience now is much better with attentive staff and better service.
