“This is the second time we have eaten that our food was cold when served to us. When I took it back the girl at counter acted like we were a pain in her back side. When they brought it back to us, the soups were hot. The Queso was still cold. If the health department knew their food was not kept at a certain temperature, they would write them up. Next time it happens, they find out. The food and service was not worth the cost.

The GM contacted us and said he is going to implement another food safety training program with his staff. It is promising when management is on top of things. It is so hard to get enthusiastic employees now days.“

“I really enjoyed my Greek salad. This is my second time trying schlotskys, my first time was at a different location and I disliked my sandwich.It's a healthier version of fast food in my opinion. They are slightly on the pricey side but the ingredients seem very fresh.The cashier didn't know the difference with the dressings, but he was polite. Our food was brought out quickly.The dining room is pretty plain. The bathroom is pretty clean. It's a typical chain restaurant.

Parking: The parking lot is slightly small but there is a hardware store next door that can accommodate a truck and trailer.“

“The employees were friendly but I was upset that after we placed our order, they didn't call us or bring food to us. We had to go up there & the food had gotten cold. I'm disabled & I was in pain that day.Also, the handicapped bathroom had two big spots of water standing. I was careful & didn't fall but that is an accident waiting to happen.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is only 2 disabled spots & they have made those into pickup for the to go orders.“
