20 Years ago sonic used to put toothpicks in their footlongs to keep the chili and cheese from sticking to the top of the wrapper,I realize that people are too stupid to keep from biting into the toothpicks so we end up with less chili and cheese on the footlongs to try and keep them pretty but it still ends up stuck to the wrapper. Yall might want to check your expiration date on your hamburger or make sure it is kept at the right temp. 2 times I have taken a bite of my burger and not able to eat it because the meat tasted bad. My husband had one also and agreed with me. Staff is great, atmosphere is great . That's the only thing.

I'm not sure if the person taking the order had attention deficit disorder, couldn't hear, was distracted ... you shouldn't have to repeat your order numerous times ... and it still comes out wrong.
