The people in this restaurant were friendly and polite. They also care about their customers. My bag had a small hole and the manager made sure to double bag my food to ensure the bag would not rip. Whenever I am in Palestine I will grab a plate. Sorry yall, I didn't the a picture.
Étouffée was too watery and spices weren't quite right. I prefer it denser than this one. Crawfish were a bit strong on the fishy side with respect to flavor. I'm accustomed to milder crawfish flavor than what I received. Fried shrimp are tiny and I suspect they aren't gulf shrimp also. However they were cooked nicely and the batter was really tasty.

Gumbo was great. Plenty of food and service was excellent. Very pleased with the price and sweet tea is amazing. Try the hush puppies they were some of the best I have ever eaten. Sister had fried fish and it was awesome. The restaurant was full for lunch and it was a friendly atmosphere.
