“Gumbo was great. Plenty of food and service was excellent. Very pleased with the price and sweet tea is amazing. Try the hush puppies they were some of the best I have ever eaten. Sister had fried fish and it was awesome. The restaurant was full for lunch and it was a friendly atmosphere.“
“We came in and ordered our food. We got it pretty quickly. We ordered etouffe, boiled shrimp, and fried mushrooms. The staff was working hard to keep it all going and we're friendly. My husband paid the tab and we left. The atmosphere was the feel of a cozy, laid back bar with live music and serves some food. We were simply grabbing lunch before we headed back to Houston. We were in the area riding the train. It was a fabulous day. Thank you for your contribution to it“
