The ability to take an order blew my Mind. They took u order had it wrong on the screen. I asked them about it they said no that's correct. Delivered our food wrong and then argued until I finally gave up on try to argue with the person that didn't have the ability to comprehend

20 Years ago sonic used to put toothpicks in their footlongs to keep the chili and cheese from sticking to the top of the wrapper,I realize that people are too stupid to keep from biting into the toothpicks so we end up with less chili and cheese on the footlongs to try and keep them pretty but it still ends up stuck to the wrapper. I don't blame this sonic but sonic itself.... it's been 20+years, can we figure this out already... I rarely order them anymore because of it being skimpy on the chili/cheese.... they were made better in the 90's,js

Yall might want to check your expiration date on your hamburger or make sure it is kept at the right temp. 2 times I have taken a bite of my burger and not able to eat it because the meat tasted bad. My husband had one also and agreed with me. Staff is great, atmosphere is great . That's the only thing.

I'm not sure if the person taking the order had attention deficit disorder, couldn't hear, was distracted ... you shouldn't have to repeat your order numerous times ... and it still comes out wrong.

We ate at the E.P. Ave. Sonic and it was terrible!! We paid almost $40 for a couple of footlong coneys and chili cheese tater tots. The chili was old and cold and hardly any chili or cheese on all items. The hot dog was tough and burnt... terrible experience!
