Fries were fresh, pretty early in the day
I just think I need to do more training on customer service. We’re going through the drive-through. The staff was rude and not helpful at all.
The gentleman working the drive-through this morning could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Sincere smile, quick service. Had to give him a shout out. I never go to Jack in the Box, and have no idea who he is but he helped make my morning better. 😊
