We ate at the Palestine, TX restaurant tonight. Jimmy was our waiter. He did a great job. The cook was definitely on point, too. Other servers seemed to be attentive to their tables. We hadn’t been in a long time b/c the service had been so bad before. Not sure if there is a new manager; there definitely has been a change for the better.

The service was slow it's like we waited for quite some time for our order to be taken and after it took a while for the food to actually get to our table. The portions were good the food was good. Outside of the long wait it was a good experience.
