My order from Corsicana location accidentally showed up on their location. They won’t cancel and refund my money. Strange, unacceptable and inhumane service.
I ordered the prime rib cob salad. I asked to remove the potato strings and the bacon. It is against my religion to eat pork. My salad arrived and it looked beautiful and was loaded with pieces of steak…and bacon. I immediately told the waitress, who looked shocked and took it back. I let her know the bacon cannot simply be taken out, as the whole salad is contaminated. It came back suspiciously fast. No bacon, but about half the steak was also gone. We ate at the Palestine, TX restaurant tonight. Jimmy was our waiter. He did a great job. The cook was definitely on point, too. Other servers seemed to be attentive to their tables. We hadn’t been in a long time b/c the service had been so bad before. Not sure if there is a new manager; there definitely has been a change for the better.

Denny's offers a mixed experience - while the friendly staff and great food stand out, some issues were noted. The service was top-notch and fast, with a friendly and efficient waiter. The food was incredible and always good. This super clean place has full customer service and everything in order. Despite this, Denny's can be a hit or miss for diners.
