I typically order with the mobile app and pick up via the drive thru every other Wednesday when I'm in town. it's the fastest, last expensive option when using the app. The last 2 times, the fries were awful. they don't taste right at all. Maybe the temp is off on the fryer or the oil needs to be changed. They are hot when I get them, but they don't taste right at all. I will probably go through again June 4. If they are not edible, I will have to go inside.
Worst customer service. They get orders wrong all the time. Today because they are always messing up my order, the girl taking the order was so rude I asked for the manager. Then I just drove away as they never do anything to improve. Will never come to this location.
