The Jalapeno Tree Reviews
My hubby & I ate there today, we both had sautéed shrimp, beef taco, Spanish rice & cheese queso. it was wonderful & the chips served with salsa was thin & not hard like ALL of the other Mexican restaurants in this area serve. Other Mexican restaurants serve hard recycled chips with the salsa dips, that are tooo hard to eat.. The service was perfect & fast & the atmosphere was wonderful & clean I recommend Jalapeno Tree to my friends on FB
Almost 2pm on Saturday afternoon, mostly empty parking lot, lots of empty tables.... No one employee even offered to seat us or asked if we needed help. Girls at the bar just stared at us..... Not sure we will try it again sometime. Do better Palestine Jalapeno Tree. we will gift our anniversary gift card to someone else, I don't go out to eat often and definitely don't want this kind of experience when I do.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced in this town and that says ALOT we had a new waiter which isn’t the issue the issue was she was poorly trained and it was only her second day she should still be TRAINING AND NOT ALONE she couldn’t even answer simple questions about the menu I’m sorry but that’s not her fault she’s new and clearly they need to do more training I seen a lot of red flags and walked out during chips and salsa and the tea was bad even the four year old...read full review

The Jalapeno Tree offers tasty food with big portions. While service can sometimes be inconsistent, many guests have enjoyed their meals, especially the fajitas, which are described as very good. The menu features options like the Veggie Quesadilla, and free ice cream is a nice touch. Some visitors have experienced slow service, with one person walking out after waiting 20 minutes without being served. The salsa with chips has no heat but is served with two dips, one of which is a mix of guac and ranch that some find odd but not bad. Prices are comparable to other local restaurants, making it a worthwhile stop for those looking for flavorful dishes and generous portions.
