China Fu Buffet is a beautiful and clean restaurant that offers a wonderful dining experience. The food is presented beautifully, and the dishes are kept fresh with no food droppings around. The attentive wait staff ensures a refined yet approachable atmosphere.
The restaurant boasts a great variety of food and desserts, catering to diverse palates. The Chinese staples, such as the exquisitely balanced General Tso's chicken and the silken, soul-warming egg drop soup, are complemented by American classics like golden fried chicken and creamy mashed potatoes.
The Mongolian grill station is a highlight, where guests can customize their dishes with pristine cuts of meat, tender chicken, or succulent shrimp, paired with crisp vegetables and robust sauces. The sushi selection is unexpectedly sophisticated for a buffet, showcasing impeccable freshness and expertly crafted rolls.
The crab preparations are particularly noteworthy, with some dishes described as divine, showcasing the delicate sweetness of the seafood. The food is constantly replenished, ensuring freshness, and the pricing is remarkably modest, offering a symphony of flavors and an ambiance of understated elegance.
