Probably my favorite tex mex place around the deer park area right now, it took us a while to try it cause there have been half a sizen tex mex places in this location that have failed, I think the food at Donald chelas speaks for itself, the deluxe dinner is my favorite.

This restaurant has great food! I highly recommend it. I especially enjoy their Fideo con pollo and the mole. Their salsa reminds me of my mom’s home made salsa. Yummy. Staff is courteous and friendly.

Great Restaurant I have dined in twice now.
The first time, I got enchiladas, which were amazing and tasted like someone's mom cooked it at home.
The second time, I got the taco ? plate, and it was also great. Crunchy tacos, and I like how they had the tacos up right in a stand. The presentation was spot on.
Service was also great and very attentive.
I will definitely be eating here again and highly recommend it.

Recently I hosted a group of about 25 people at Dona Chela in Pasadena and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. We had good food choices, the food was delicious, the service was great, we had plenty of room for our group without being crowded and everyone was happy with their food & service.
