Had an amazing experience at El Bolio Bakery. Their pan dulce was fresh and flavorful and the service was friendly and quick. The quality of the baked goods is consistently excellent, with quality ingredients that you can taste. Definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for conchas. Will be back soon!
The atmosphere is beautiful. The building itself is wonderful and colorful. Once you walk in, you’re gonna smell wonderful fresh pastries, and cakes. Everything’s very clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. I wish I had some pictures but you have to go at least once.
The place used to be really good, one of the best actually. They always had fresh pastries, friendly workers and a great environment.
Now, the workers just chat at the register and they have hardened treats in the cases. Really sad how poor the services has gotten.
