Great thick burgers. Several choices for different toppings. Sweet potato fries are delicious 😋. Chocolate shake was amazing 🤤.

I came here last week, soda machine had watered down sodas. I informed the employee and she said she’d look into it and all she did was place and out of order sign on it without mentioning anything. The restrooms were not clean and the soap dispenser just had suds and water not actual soap. The service was no welcoming and unfriendly, there were also no milkshakes and the attitude of the cashier was rude. Come to find out it was the manager, I was shocked. The tables weren’t clean and the food wasn’t great- we were really disappointed because it’s not cheap and we’ve been here before.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches because I’m usually a sucker for them. This thing was horrible. Flavorless and felt like I was chewing cardboard. My wife agreed that it was the first chicken sandwich we’ve had. The garlic fries and other sides were great though. Not sure how the burgers are

The food was good but that’s not why I’m sending this review. The place was not busy at all and we were indecisive as of what we wanted to order. The cashier at the front rolled her eyes continuously as we placed our order and as we try to make our decision. She was extremely rude and had no business being at the front dealing with guests.

Wasn’t really anything special, I got the Bacon Cheeseburger with Cheese fries. Burger was kinda bland/dry, the fries were okay. If they didn’t have the nacho cheese I’d probably say they were a 2/5. I’d most likely choose McDonalds over this. Got two bacon cheeseburgers with large drinks and spent around 30-40$ for two people.

Amazing food stopped here by accident, and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing at great prices. While I waited, I looked at other reviews, and I have to say the cashier is just quite not rude. I will 100% be back.

Worst experience eating anywhere and customer service . Went for the 1st time with my family for dinner here. The cashier mixed up my kids order mistakes happen I get it. then apparently completely forgot my order. When we asked about my food after waiting 15mins everybody else getting their food the cashier said it was never ordered even though I was the FIRST person to order my meal. My fiancé told the cashier to just order my meal. Wait another 10 to 15 mins and my meal was never ordered after waiting still for my food. All to just be told by a manager or another employee that it wasn’t added to the receipt even though we told the cashier to add it. Don’t waste your time here if you want bad customer service and really check your receipts when you come here.
It was my first time having Hippo Burger. It was delicious. So many options to choose from. I had the cheese burger and onion rings. ?
