Pre-ordered 5 boxes assorted 2 days out. Came in and had to wait 30 minutes because the girls couldn’t read that I had ordered more than one box. Ended up late to deliver for my daughter’s show. :(

Was very disappointed that I had to wait 30 minutes for 10 balloons and then the young lady blew them up so much that all 10 balloons popped. Will not be ordering balloons from here again. Customer service could’ve been a little better. Also need someone who speaks Spanish at the front

Went in to buy a bundtlet and was indecisive…and couldn’t decided between the strawberry or classsis vanilla l, ARIEL decided to give me one for free so I could try them both! Very sweet young lady!

The bundtini cakes are our go to when we want to treat our clients and customers to a nice treat! They are very involved in the community and we are lucky to have them in Pasadena!

Amazing cake, they should sell single packages of plastic utensils, I would pay an extra $1 or $2 to be able to eat my bundtini on the way home.

I was helped to purchase the cake but was standing for 30min to get the cake. I didn’t ask for any decorations or anything special just the cake. The girls were just standing around looking at each other not bothered by us just standing and waiting. Saw many people come and go no special orders. Until I asked for my order and the girls said they didn’t have my order then she rudely asked if all I needed was a cake she boxed it up and gave it to me. No apologies nothing they actually were laughing at the fact that they couldn’t find my order. Until I showed my receipt! Horrible rude girls!
