The service was outstanding from start to finish. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. They were able to answer all the questions asked about the flavors and gave quick service!

CHAOS. I made a reservation to pick up my cake at 330pm on Christmas Eve. I get a text the day of that I needed to get my cake at 10am.
I get there and was it ready? NO. I stood there with 15 other people for nearly 30 minutes.
Why have a reservation process if you are going to follow it?

Absolutely AWFUL experience. I called ahead to pre-order a tiered cake and four boxes of Bundtinis, fully expecting the order to be ready since it was a large pickup. Instead, I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes with zero acknowledgment. When I finally asked for a manager, I found out my order hadn’t even been entered into their system.
That mistake cost me another 30 minutes while they remade everything. No apology. No compensation. Not even basic courtesy after wasting an hour of my day.
On top of that, it’s pretty suspicious seeing multiple glowing reviews from people who work there, makes the whole page feel misleading.
Based on my experience with management, especially the owner Brittney Pequeño, I did not feel respected or treated fairly as a Hispanic customer. The environment felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and I won’t be returning.

the nicest customer service i’ve received, I had a surprise planned for my partner and ordered a delivery to my place , my order didn’t arrive and my front office provided me with the information that no order was delivered there as well , I called the store knowing there was nothing that could be done from their end but I only called to see if they had a number they could give me to report the driver through uber eats , they saved my life and placed my order all over again instead and allowed me to pick it up in person . thank you so much for your kindness . something so small to them made my whole day . I had the toughest day tryinh to organize everything , I will always remember this kindness . thank you girls at bundt cake ! ♡

This cake is so good that I am at a loss for words. This is the best cake I have ever eaten in my life!!! It's like God came down and personally blessed your bakery, a little slice of heaven quite literally. That is no exaggeration either. I have the biggest sweet tooth and soft spot for cakes especially. I redeemed a birthday reward and selected the double chocolate cream cheese frosted Bundt. The first bite about flatlined me from pure bliss. It was like my taste buds had died and awoken in heaven. My tongue has never ever been graced with such pure perfection, a chocolate symphony of flavors seranading my taste buds. It spoke to the deepest creveces of my soul. The chocolate types are perfectly balanced, fully complimented by the soft, moist, cloudy cake and cream cheese frosting. There are no other words to describe the perfection that graced my mouth. I encourage and BEG you to try these cakes. Once you bite into one, you'll never go back to other cakes. It's that good. Also as a full disclaimer you'll most likely loose all form of self control when eating these cakes. I also have to give props to the baker for offering these cakes in a personal self size, which unapologetically takes all the guilt out of downing a whole one in a single sitting. Absolutely brilliant!

Dani is the sweetest and provided top tier customer service. Even though it was storming, it was a must that me and my fiance tried these cakes and Dani made sure we did just that by going above and beyond. 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the carrot cake & banana pudding!

It is nice place with great service
They have started a remodel of the front of house but service is still spot on. They have a cute purple canopy out front to help you under and service was fast. Cakes were delicious!!!
I ordered the mini bundt cakes online for pickup at 2:30 on 6/6. I called at 9am(time they opened) to cancel because the person had to cancel due to illness. I was offered a credit & not a refund because they supposedly made the cupcakes 5-1/2 hours early or sooner. Very disappointing
