Not crowded, slow waiter, 4 out of 5 ran out of drinks, food got cold while waiting on drinks. Minestrone , big chunks tomato &zucchini. very disappointed .

My husband and I went for lunch. We really enjoyed this visit. We took advantage of their lunch specials, and we shared both selections. I had the unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks. He had Fettuccine Alfredo with steamed broccoli. 😋 yummy 😋

Hayden was our server this evening and while we usually come for the soup and breadsticks, now we are coming back for the amazing service too! He was so friendly, amazing with the cheese grater, and made sure we were well taken care of! Absolutely loved the service and Hayden is an amazing waiter! Already planning our next trip!

Hubby and I came out to eat! Hayden took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed! He was very sweet and reminded us of our youngest son! 10 out of 10 service! Will have to come back for cocktails and dessert. Ask for Hayden!

Came out for dinner with the wife. Had Hayden as our waiter. He was an absolute star. Very knowledgeable about the menu, answered all our questions and made sure our drinks were full the entire time. We can’t wait to come back for the delicious desserts and to see Hayden again! 10 out of 10 stars!

Hayden was absolutely phenomenal! He was very attentive, very sweet and made sure my friend and I had an excellent experience! He was sure to come by and check on us throughout our experience and even gave us fresh bread togo with our leftovers! Truly a wonderful server and really made our experience pleasant!

I have ordered the Stuffed Chicken Marsala to be delivered several times the last few weeks and it is amazing every time! This last delivery I requested extra marsala sauce not really expecting to receive it but did! Ive tried Chicken Marsala from many Italian restaurants but none have beaten Olive Gardens! So so good!!!

As I sit here, I noticed these people are becoming more and more stingy with the bread. I have found other location tend to give you what you require, but this location steer clear from it. Terrible service, at one point the waitress just stopped coming and asking what we needed to avoid giving us bread.

Called for a pick up and this is how they serve it. And the manager on duty says nothing she can do about it. Have you talk to the Gm tomorrow. Not even offer to replace the meal. Not only got all over the other food. Leaked all over my brand new car.

Not all locations do everything right but this one certainly did on this visit! Seated immediately for an early dinner and greeted by host server Saniyah, who come to find out was a new hire only about 4 days in but it seemed like she'd been on staff for a lot longer. Saniyah answered all questions, was very efficient in all aspects as well as taking a moment to make sure my 93 year old neighbor had everything she needed.
The food doesn't seem to change across all locations insofar as quality and quantity so basically, delicious.
The restaurant was clean and organized and front of house manager Emily did a fantastic job stopping by to check on us and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy this visit as well so my elderly neighbor definitely had a wonderful dining experience!

This place is either over crowded or nearly empty. I've never met a happy medium. The staff are not that attentive to their tables when it's busy. It's not always clean. I've only had problems with their soups. They sometimes either give you to much broth or too many components.
