My experience was unforgettable! Cody was my server and he was absolutely awesome! My food came out so fast and I didn’t even have to ask for a refill on anything!! He was amazing and I will definitely be returning just for him! I have never been to this location before and I can’t wait to come back!

Olive Garden is a favorite of mine, this one in Pasadena seemed to be better than usual. The waiter (Kyle) and food (grilled salmon) were great.

Always order the same thing. Shrimp scampi and minestrone. It was perfect. Our server was wonderful.

Service was bad. Don't recommend going during lunch. But the food was good. Just poor sever

I come here fairly often with my boyfriend. Always seated quickly, even on busy nights. Portions are generous, just please put more sauce!! I always ask for extra. Waiters are always friendly and fast.

Parking: The lot can be full on busy nights, but there's plenty of parking nearby.

Food , salads and breads sticks are loaded with salt, they need to cut down on salts. Made us sick, especially the shrimp Alfredo and scampi, we had to drink lot of water when we came back home. Also their AC was not working good.

My dining experience was a middle-of-the-road journey. The food was excellent. However, the original server failed to return to offer refills of essential H2O. Imagine that. The manager noticed the empty glass and offered to refill it, as did two other servers. I wonder whether the original server bothered to share her tip with those that actually bothered to provide great customer service? I wouldn't know because she never bothered to return to the table. I ordered the Tour of Italy with a bowl of fagoli soul.
