Always super friendly and quick service.The smaller parking lot does make the line seem longer but it generally flows fairly quickly. I've never really run into an occasion where they are out of something. Usually really clean too!
Most of what I got was fine. The apple fritters i got were seriously lacking one thing though... apples. It was like they just waved the apple over the fritters a couple of times. Nothing like the ones they used to make a couple of years ago... those were awesome.. That cost 'em a star. They lost a second star for No Bearclaws. A 3rd star got yanked because if you click on that specific stores menu, it lists Bearclaws but if you go to that specific Shipleys you'll learn 2 things......read full review

Y’all definitely need to hire more people. I was in the drive thru lane for 15 mins and there was only 3 cars in front of me. Ridiculous ? The workers are super nice 2 stars due to how long they take ?Parking: Not enough space to park
