Worst customer service in a while I always Pick up my order from here before work or before church or after work. Since it’s really close to our house. My mom has a Regular drink usually orderers, She ordered a Venti and they gave it to her like half full Which this like the second time they’ve done it. So my mom asked is this correct because The previous barista made so nice. the girl was sweet and said it’s because of light ice my mom looked at the order and said there no light ice on this order can go check. She comes back with a male manger that is so rude telling my mom that it’s Policy to fill up halfway now and giving her attitude. so my mom was like well can you fix my drink because this not how they make it he said yah for an extra price…. He was super rude… my mom was like just add ice to my drink and that’s fine then another Barista came out with my husband order talking about it was Three shots of espresso my husband was confused and told her no it’s Should be a white chocolate mocha …. And she was looking confused we asked if they can look at the order again because it seemed like they were getting the orders mixed up but the manger again was rude and said it was correct. forget ever coming to this Starbucks again. I’ll drive farther to get better service and for people not to yell at my mom. I always order her drinks here on her way to work. this what the Venti use to look like and what they been given lately. * Different drinks* but they always filled them up.

Went it today was greeted quickly, order taken, and within a few short minutes had my sister’s first Pumpkin Spice Frap of the year ready for her. Thanks Sunday evening team for helping me keep our tradition alive. I truly do not understand her love for pumpkin spice anything. :)

Idk about the entire overall experience, however I do know that the girl that was making all of the coffee when I was there was absolutely knocking it out of the park!! I think her name was Emma or something. Absolutely fantastic!

Terrible customer service. I’ve been in this location a couple times and it’s always the same terrible experience. I rather drive a little bit more and go to a different place. The owners here really need to reconsider hiring different personal.

I'm sad to say my expectations have been dashed. I expect friendly service, at least a hello. Nope. I expect my food to be ready as I order online and it takes about ten minutes for me to get to the store. I waited an extra ten. The last 3 because my drink, while prepared stayed on the inside counter that long. I expect staff to be moving at a medium to fast speed to fill orders. Apparently slow was the only side any of them could find. I'm not sure why this trifecta of awful was imposed on the customers today, I'm hoping management steps up because I really don't want to come back here.

Orderd a drink 10 minutes before arriving. Still waited another 28 minutes inside. How am I supposed to pay and leave a tip before getting my drink with this kind of service. Also if ordering multiple drinks they need to come out together, not one first and 7 minutes later the second drink. Meanwhile the first drinks ice is already melting.... DO BETTER STARBUCKS!!!
