I tried to buy fresh cookies. I was buying 24 of them. I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes for them to cool down. This seems a excessive. I left after 15 minutes and didn't get the cookies

🚫🚫🚫🚫🤷🚫🚫🚫Went to this location yesterday for the $6.99 12" Sandwich ordered the tuna and was over charged because the young man said the $6.99 special was not good except on Fridays which isn't stated anywhere in the advertising or in the store so we probably will not be going back to this location!🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🤷only gave it a 1 star because I had to.. to post the review 🚫🚫🚫🤷

Employee is in there completing phone orders while 6 people stand in line waiting for more than ten minutes, send him straight to the unemployment line.... horrible

Was just in there and had a horrible experience with Angela. She threw one of the sandwiches and argued with me about adding extra cheese being more than the normal 4 slices for a foot long. Yet wanted to charge me extra still. Brandon made my daughter's sandwich delicious and is such a great employee. We felt sorry that he has to work with such a horrible personality!! She really needs to learn how to speak to customers and that no one wants their food thrown like that. Then deny throwing it when everyone saw. She confused Brandon and the poor young man looked frightened. She's going to run off customers. We walked out and let her keep them.

This place is completely unprofessional! Would not recommend coming here .. The manager Crystal is horrible to be around, I don’t even want to step foot in there because of her horrible attitude and demeanor! The workplace environment is awful whoever owns this place is doing an awful job .. if I could rate this place 0 I would.

This should be an All American Club sandwich with meat and cheese only...not worth $10 and very disappointed with this subway! Subway needs to make this right!?

I walked in to get my order that I'd done on my phone about 10 mins beforehand, the store was empty, food still wasn't made, and when I initially walked into the store, the guy walked in like he was going to fight me, with his walking style and attitude/speed, asked "what do you want", and that's all he said the rest of the time. Food is alright, it wasn't even close to closing when I made the order. The only thing keeping this from being a 1 star review was that he loaded my sub with extra meatballs and bacon, even though I only ordered and paid for normal amount. I'm glad I got extra of what I asked for, but your employees need retrained and they need an attitude check. Whoever night shift is for 9/24/22, the scruffy, black haired, homeless looking guy that made my sub, is the person I'm speaking about mainly. He didn't even have a name tag on him anywhere.
