“I stopped into this coffee shop today and was seriously impressed. The coffee was excellent—rich, smooth, and brewed just right. The staff was super friendly and made the place feel warm and welcoming. But the real star of the visit? The banana nut muffin. Dang, it was amazing! Perfectly moist with great flavor. “Great organization. Fabulous restaurant and the citizens who work at the restaurant provide the best customer service. Their plants/nursery is awesome. The pottery pieces they create are beautiful. I have several pieces. And they make terrific gifts. The Brookwood gift shop is really great and has beautiful original works by some of the residents who are also artists. I totally recommend!!”

“Born and raised in the south where the expectations of food is heavily critiqued - even amongst family, Etienna’s Eatery holds their own!! Today was my first visit and I encouraged my mom to join me for lunch - She’s very hesitant of any restaurant that tags themselves as “Southern cuisine”. Needless to say, she was highly impressed and we plan to visit again tomorrow to continue our journey through their amazing menu that’s filled with some of our favorite, southern comfort dishes. Mom had the shrimp and grits and I had the fried catfish and grits. Superb taste, quality, and presentation. Very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.”

“We discovered this wonderful cafe today while we were in Fulshear. The staff is amazing. They literally light up the room. Warm beverages were perfect and you can't beat the price for a handful of breakfast tacos. Great atmosphere. Can't recommend this place enough. If you're in Fulshear, go to Texana Cafe!”

I don’t know much about beers and the owners took the time to answer any and all questions I had. It was so cool hearing their story and I cannot wait to go back. The hot chocolate and the frozen hot chocolate is very good. My favorite is a smoothie. Not everything is soda based/fizzy and the menu is huge! they have games like connect 4 to play.”

“Excellent experience with this location. Owner is very considerate and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing meal for Christmas Eve, despite them not being open that day. Prepped everything we would need and provided ample instruction on how to properly heat everything so it tasted as though it had just been dropped off. We loved it all and we have decided our new Christmas tradition will be to have fajita Pete’s every year rather than all of the hustle and bustle of cooking a giant meal. Delicious food, friendly staff, and attention to the needs of their customers has made us loyal customers for life. Thanks for the awesome food!!!”

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, eating crawfish and drinking Lone Star , back when weekends meant good food, good people, and running into folks you grew up with. I even went to school with the Repka kids, so this place has always felt more like home than just a place to drink. There’s an old-school charm here you just can’t fake. The kind of place where the stories get better every time you tell them, the beer is always cold, and the crawfish tastes like it did 35 years ago. When I talk about going back home, this is exactly where I mean. No matter how much time passes, I still love this place.
