Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Waited for 10 minutes, the two workers looked at one walked past me standing at the register waiting to order.

Manager thinks it's ok to mock and make fun of sign language. My husband, who is Deaf, has a friend who works here and after helping a Deaf customer who had some groceries fall under her basket, the manager walked right up to my husband's friend and began waving his hands around and hitting the sides of his head while laughing. It's 2024 and this is seriously the attitude towards signed languages? On top of this, my husband's friend said this manager told them he was speaking indian sign language when all he was doing is making fun of and mocking ASL and Deafies. My husband speaks indian sign language and that assertion made me even angrier.

My husband and I already don't really eat here after seeing employees not always wearing gloves and touching their phones and then immediately handling food. They also consistently let the CO2 leak from their tank and just ignore it, despite the sound of the gas leaking is loud enough to hear from outside the restaurant. It was leaking for over 3 days straight the last time I was at this store and I would say if they can't even be bothered to stop that leak, what else are they overlooking? My husband worked for McDonald's for over 30 years and said the little things they don't take care of are just the things you see, not the bigger things you can't.

For being a franchise inside if a Walmart I was actually more than surprised. I absolutely love the fries. Crunchy on the outside soft on the inside. Super hot. The sandwich was actually pretty good

The price was a bit heavy but then again going to McDonald's is super expensive and this is easily comparable.

The staff and location were amazing.

Everything was super clean.

First time to eat at a Charley's in years... OMG so delicious and fresh! Stephen was polite and recommended the most delicious chicken cheese steak I have had in recent memory! I added 4 boneless wings for $2 and they definitely were better than expected. Definitely coming back! The new owners are awesome. If you had a bad experience with the previous owners give them another shot, you will not be disappointed!

My husband used to take me there after my doctors appointments I loved their wings so crispy and tasty.The staff very helpful and polite.Nice memories I have from this place.

They take too long to deliver the order and the workers are only talking on the phone

Definitely recommend coming to Charlie's. The food was delicious. The employees were great and respectful, very helpful, and quick with our order. This time around, I had the Foot Long Old School Philly Cheesesteak sandwich Bro, it was Mouth Watering Delicious (recommend). My wife and daughter had the wings. They also had great flavor. So next time y'all head out to Walmart and y'all hungry, stop at Charlie's Cheesesteaks. You won't regret it... I forgot to take pics of my Delicious Food. Sorry, y'all.

I ended up getting food poisoning today from the food diagnosed in the hospital right now as we speak I’ve been here all day.. Please make sure you’re employees are using good ingredients and not old ingredients because I am now sick with food poisoning… order number BFF8

I wish the Google maps entry specified it was INSIDE Walmart.Nothing wrong with that, but sometimes I just want to eat at a restaurant, not go into Walmart.Decided to go somewhere else for family lunch.

Great food! Ordered the Regular Philly Cheesesteak and regular fries and everything was amazing! Cooked fresh and hot made to order. 1st time here. Will certainly return.
