Food was great as always the same with the service, no complaints there. There was this funny moment that happened outside the Chick-fil-A parking lot. A mom was leaving the parking lot when another lady drove in front of her blocking the mom in. She backs up to let the other lady go through but as she does that the lady that blocked her in proceeds to throw a drink at the moms car. What's funny is that the lady was entering the wrong way in the parking lot, the mom was exiting as this lady tries to enter the wrong way and then gets mad at the mom.

I am so tired of the non existent customer service at this location. It used to be good, last couple months no one cares about the long PICK UP LINE for mobile orders. NOT EVERYONE WORKS FOR UBER, ITS A MOBILE PICK UP LINE. After being walked by 10 times in five minutes at the FRONT OF THE PICK UP LONE. Nobody cares to ask a name for pick up. So I started telling employees I’m here for pick up, the name is Jasmine. Three seperate employees ignored me asking them directly to their face. Mind you, my order has been ready the whole time I’m standing there. Then I get home and my order is wrong. I will never be back, this location does not care about anything. Sad part is I worked 50 feet from them. It’s really pathetic that a company who prides themselves on customer service encompasses none.

Placed my curbside order at 12:40. I arrived 10min later with no spots available so I parked in front of the main door with my flashers on as requested. Waited 30 min and no one brought out my order. Went inside at 1:20, my order was sitting on the counter already cold and soggy. Wasted over half of my lunch time. Not sure what the point was of including the make and color of my vehicle or putting on the hazards.

Drive through experience is terrible. They’re younger and have the attitudes match. They leave stuff out the bag. The girl took my money and then was like “What did I order?” So I would advise driving to another location. Because the wait is terrible and they leave off your drinks.

This is the slowest chick fil a I've ever been to. Never in life have i had to pull out of the drive thru to receive my order. I mean they have people waiting in front, pull you up to the curbside spots, and also have you waiting in the Walgreens parking lot. Ridiculous. It's a pure cluster F.

I usually never have any issues with Chic-Fil-A no matter where I go however this evening, I ordered my salad on the app for curbside pick up. When I get my Market Salad, I inspect it and the bag. The salad is missing Bleu cheese crumbles and my packages of granola and almonds are missing.
I leave my car and ask an employee for the missing items. She brings me the missing packages but proceeds to tell me I'd have to go back to my car and bring my salad back up to the window to be remade? What? Why? I don't need it remade. Just put the crumbles in a small container so I can be out my way.
I then ask for a manager because her request made no sense. Her manager comes out and restates what the employee said and cited it as a 'rule' to which I respond, "So I have to be further inconvenienced because your staff didn't fully fulfill my order now I have to go back to my car and retrieve my salad and wait more time for you all to remake it as opposed to just scooping the crumbles in a container so I can be on my way? You know that "rule" makes no sense, right?"
If that us indeed a rule, that needs to be amended bc it makes absolutely no sense and not to mention l, not customer satisfaction focused, when the easiest solution is to just put the missing ingredient in a small cup and get it out the door, especially during a high traffic time, in which they were in.
Needless to say, I wasn't doing all of that because I had already waited 15 minutes for my order in the 1st place.

Slowest chick-fil-a. Place a curbside order and waited over 25 minutes. The app said someone would bring out our food and they never did. We had to go inside and get the food after 25 minutes of waiting. They said they didn’t have the chicken minis ready but was serving everyone else next to us and in the drive thru. Stop worrying about getting your times fast if you’re not actually giving people their food!!! Manager wasn’t helpful either.
Service was good. They just forgot to put the lettuce I paid for on my sandwich.
