Can you ever go wrong with Chick-fil-a. Yes, their chicken is WELL brined and causes me to “feel things”, but as a once in a while food, it’s delicious! Love their salad with avocado lime ranch dressing, the best Mac and cheese in fast food, and the deluxe sandwich is my favorite, no salt on fries. Dining in, the staff is polite and aim to please.

Very shocked how well this location is ranked. I’ve been to Chic-Fil-A’s all over and in different states with this being the worst. The line inside is always long, there are no condiments or napkins placed anywhere. The service is extremely slow and quite a few tables are dirty. Other locations in Pearland are busier and still provide that service you expect.

I would like to share my recent experience at the Shadow Creek location in hopes of bringing some issues to your attention for improvement. Unfortunately, I found this location to be challenging due to what seems to be a high employee turnover rate, which may be affecting service consistency. Additionally, I often notice that curbside service is not available.
I would particularly like to address a recent interaction I had with the manager, Elissa. I had concerns about my order, specifically the new pretzel sandwich, which was not as expected. When I brought it to her attention, the sandwich was cold, and the cheese appeared to be old and not melted. While I understand that delays can happen, I felt that my concerns were not adequately acknowledged.
It would have been appreciated if Elissa had offered to replace my order, especially as a signature member. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and disrespected by the lack of response to my concerns. I believe there is an opportunity for improvement, and I hope future experiences at this location will be more positive.

Food was great as always the same with the service, no complaints there. There was this funny moment that happened outside the Chick-fil-A parking lot. A mom was leaving the parking lot when another lady drove in front of her blocking the mom in. She backs up to let the other lady go through but as she does that the lady that blocked her in proceeds to throw a drink at the moms car. What's funny is that the lady was entering the wrong way in the parking lot, the mom was exiting as this lady tries to enter the wrong way and then gets mad at the mom.

I am so tired of the non existent customer service at this location. It used to be good, last couple months no one cares about the long PICK UP LINE for mobile orders. NOT EVERYONE WORKS FOR UBER, ITS A MOBILE PICK UP LINE. After being walked by 10 times in five minutes at the FRONT OF THE PICK UP LONE. Nobody cares to ask a name for pick up. So I started telling employees I’m here for pick up, the name is Jasmine. Three seperate employees ignored me asking them directly to their face. Mind you, my order has been ready the whole time I’m standing there. Then I get home and my order is wrong. I will never be back, this location does not care about anything. Sad part is I worked 50 feet from them. It’s really pathetic that a company who prides themselves on customer service encompasses none.
