I don't know what is going on but the waiting to get food is ridiculous. Long waiting times. No one ia taking orders outside and only 1 employee coming out to take payment and taking food to cars. Employees are moving and working hard but seems they don't have enough employees scheduled for a busy chick fil a.

Food was as usual however restaurant failed to include my fries. When I called to notify I was offered to have a free fries added to my rewards! Really?! I ordered fries TODAY and don't want to wait until my next visit to redeem a reward!! That was the best they could do for me. Sorry Chick-fil-A. You get an "F" this time. Do better!!

My favorite chic fil a. They have the best ice. Yesterday I was on the phone crying (long story) and the young lady taking my order kept asking me was I ok and told me have a better day. Then I got to the front and the cashier at the window said I hope you're ok and have a better day. Today I went back and the same cashier was at the window and said "I'm so glad you're doing better!" Like wth? They're such nice ppl
