I came in and had questions about the app. I wanted to redeem some rewards that I had on my account that I was confused about. Cassidy, was an amazing sweet employee at the front and was extremely helpful. She has such a cheerful attitude and took the time and patience to help me. She was also training someone else in the process and they were shorthanded so I was so blessed that she was such a hard worker. I went through the drive thru and I was greeted by Andrew and I was blown away with his great customer service!! I was planning on just getting 8pc family meal but he convinced me on getting chips and queso.! Which this normally doesn’t happen but his customer service was that good!
